Burgundy Truffle or Tuber Uncinatum is identical to Summer Truffles. Burgundy Truffles have a rough exterior with the familiar diamond protrusion you would see in Summer Truffles. Burgundy Truffles have tan/pale-yellow flesh with white veins in its interior.
